求學時期每當思考關於未來規劃時常常容易感到迷茫，大學畢業後該往何處發展？工作還是創業？留在加拿大又要如何開始？身為新移民的父母在有限的資源和經驗下除了擔心也是愛莫能助。
加拿大多元交流協會為了幫助更多優秀的學生完成學業、並減低父母的負擔，在2020年秋天開始籌備了『加拿大台裔學生獎學金』。旨在栽培台灣青年學子本地紮根茁壯，以期待未來互相凝聚力量對台灣和加拿大能有所貢獻。

We are all from Taiwan. Although we live in different cities and have different backgrounds, but we share the same values and have a willingness to cultivate our next generations.
我們的故鄉都來自台灣，雖然在加拿大住在不同的城市, 有著不同的背景，但是我們有相同的價值觀和擁有願意栽培下一代的心。
